Emergency Ready

The staff at SERVPRO of Freehold discuss how important it is for a business to have an emergency ready plan for whenever disaster strikes. In the event a business suffers from a loss requiring our services, the information is already in our system so our team can be fully prepared to assist prior to arrival on site. In the situation presented in the video, a tree had fallen on a public building in Rumson, NJ and water entered the building during a weekend storm. Emergency technicians were able to respond onsite quickly to take care of the damage. They were familiar with the layout of the building before arrival due to the information already registered in the system.
